@Shira Rubin so some local forums don't yet get a lot of traffic so you should include some key words in your post like Jersey City, New Jersey and folks who have those keywords will get alerts and can connect with you.In addition, you can search your local zip code and find others in the area and reach out to them via the messaging system. 

Lastly, all the big guys have offices in downtown Tampa, where I hate to go because of the traffic, congestion, difficulty and cost in parking, getting in and out of the high rise buildings, their attitudes towards their customers and they never return your calls.

Really, expensive, bad parking options, not available to answer questions on the phone, traffic all day long when there are big building projects going on with streets being changed and blocked.

I read about one in Milpitas, but that would be a grueling commute since I work in San Francisco.I used to go from Richmond or San Francisco down to @Johnson H. meetups when they were in San Jose, and well worth fighting traffic.

You want as much traffic to your properties as possible which ultimately will cause your property to rent quickly and for the highest possible amount.
