I would be coming up with a new plan :)But if I was back in the day where it was just me (and I wasn't as spoiled as I am now with running water/TV/Internet and electricity, I'd have a cot up in a room with an extension cord running a fan so I could sleep.So it all depends on your comfort level.

There is an additional cost to pay for them to inspect the crawl space which saved me a lot of money when we saw the effects of the blowout underneath the newly floored bathroom and how they supported the floor with 2x4's directly into the ground with no concrete footings or anything.The owner also teaches at a local community college on how to inspect the different systems in a house.

A unit would come open and he would buy what he needed for that one, which makes alot of sense but seeing other have a different way.My main project that got me thinking about this was to replace all the shower heads since I provide water.

There is one broken window so that's an easy fix.I had someone in on our second visit to look at the foundation and the house is structurally sound (except the small porch).It is currently being lived in, all systems work.
