Also a GC should have great connections at supply warehouses and have more pull when there's issues with a product. 

But the 82 inch TV is free & clear for viewing & gaming.We assume that these kids must have originally moved out of a warehouse :)

We also have a clause in our lease (as per FL law) that allows us to dispose of personal belongings without having to store items if tenant passes away and no one authorized by the court claims them or makes arrangements in required time frame.

If you have a garage or place to store so it doesn’t affect the schedule of work, even better.
