Now you could do what many new and seasoned landlords do and have a property management company handle all your landlord duties for a nominal fee but its totally up to you.

But yes, this is actually the 2nd or 3rd transaction I have done where the buyer has relocated (most of the time its due to active duty military) and use the VA loan again.
