Reaching out to fellow Investors that actively invest in the Dallas and or Houston TX markets.

Whom are the best property management companies in the Dallas and Houston TX markets for out-of-state long distance investors?

I am an out-of-state long distance investor looking to discover the most popular and ideal Texas cities for rental property purchases. '

Are there some common issues that must be known?

Excited to hear from everyone, and looking forward with connecting with people.

I am active duty Military overseas in Japan.

Thanks for reading everyone!

Depends on where the property is.  I think the best property managers have their niches and are not always managing citywide

Dallas and Houston are both pretty big places with lots of sub markets.

I'd say find the property first and once you have it under contract then go looking for the property manager that's best for that neighborhood.
