.- I have a mixed use property with 2 commercial spaces rented for the last 2.5 years and 1 short term rental/residential space I have airbnb'd/lived in part time for the past 2.5 years- I owe about $110,000 and have about $200,000 in equity- My credit is 580 - 620 right now due to being laid off last year and missing a couple of credit card payments.

I can tell you in columbus submarkets most of the new construction growth is actually not west. most of the zips I added are between gahanna, buckeye lake, and lancaster, and then up north towards Ostrander and mansfield. these are markets that never build and sold 5 homes before until the last few years.

Lastly, #1 is a mirage.

A roof with 5 years left can mean any number of things (it may last 3 years or it may last 8 years).

Lastly I have a 3/2 attached to a 3/1 on 1 meter and I just bill them 50% of the total bill.
