I got my appetite whetted for RE when I put our own house (which we were renting) on Airbnb and seeing the power of STRs firsthand.Even though Austin has already appreciated quite a bit, I think it's still a great market to get into for STRs and even traditional rental properties.Looking forward to connecting with other like-minded real estate go-getters!

I have extensive experience in traditional and digital marketing and branding.

Say your market all of a sudden wants tradition homes and you made yours too modern and it sits.

I'm a full time employee with benefits and a 401K with good credit but I cannot get traditional financing, because I am also a stand up comic.

If I had a landlord that was pestering me and not leaving me alone, I might just call the cops to give them a taste of their own medicine and show them how it feels when they are starting to be too intrusive.

The limited experience I have would be remodeling my own home, but that was much less extensive than the work needed for a traditional flip.Thank you all in advance!

stage 450k and up  at least 2 models... lower price points what they call soft staging.. makes a differnce  especially if space is not traditional
