Anyone have any material on renting individual rooms?

It's a tough spot to be in, and not one I would recommend, but it is what it is.

Its tough to learn from a bore.I found the over-all content was well worth the $197 and 3 days of my time.

I thought finding the correct numbers to put in the calculator was the tough part.

First contractor took 25% and did nothing except left a few material on the property after two days of work.

Also it will eat up any organic material like leather gloves etc so be careful when you use it. 

I have 10k cash, but i know material alone will make me go broke.
