It's not so much the technical skills that make the best wholesalers.The best wholesalers understand that their job is to first understand the specific needs of the seller, then to help the seller craft the best solution to their particular problem, and finally to bring on whatever skills and resources are necessary to complete the transaction profitably.If, at the end of any wholesale transaction, both the seller and the end-buyer are not better off (however they each define better), then that wholesaler did not do their job properly.

Although you, a member, or even the sole member of the LLC will occupy a unit, legally speaking, an entity does not have a primary residence and also would not be approved under HUDs guidelines, so technically this may be a breach.
