Hey Kevin,I'm not sure what your motivation for transferring the property to your LLC was, but if that's no longer an option creating a land trust like mentioned by Account Closed shouldn't cause any problems with your bank.

Also received a lot of verbal abuse about the +++++ing appliances, my ++++y repair service options, and the incompetence of my homebuilder who tenant says had installed the dryer incorrectly (installed by Lowes, because they won't warranty if anyone other than a professional  they contract with does the installation.

If I were in your position, I would either - Ask for the nurses contract or recruiter contact to verify employment and use this as the background and credit check (most travel assignments require you to get a background check prior to going to a hospital, and the contract would prove employment and term) - Offer the nurse a month to month rental with options to extend but require my cleaner to go in every month to clean and assess"
