My repose to both the tenant and Section 8 was that the $200 increase was still below maket rent and the tenants was free to move somewhere else where rents were cheaper.

As a guest, if I have to stress that there’s not enough TP, or I have to waste my time making beds (or stripping them along with a list of other ridiculous checkout chores) I might as well have just stayed in a hotel.
