$1,450 in rent is pretty nice but you do have a big job ahead of you!

I like a heads up letter, a letter that addresses each concern or problem encountered along the way, and different usp's and headlines.

You can always amend Articles or your Operating Agreement but it pays to plan ahead and consider where different paths may take you, building in flexibility for operations.
