There just isn't much that could go wrong in that scenario unless you had some massive foundation shift that popped the waste line through the slab or it's hooked into a really old main that collapsed.

@Monica Williams - The best Exit Strategy is the one YOU CHOOSE - not the one chosen for you.By that I mean, when you Aquire the property, usually you have a few exit options, but especially when Flipping, developing-- Have multiple exit options because you can't choose how the market will shift.
