If there is no real estate agency used in the transaction suggest that you hire a Real Estate Attorney to process through with the lender.

It is very safe as the assets are purchased at commodity pricing, but it takes lots of money to play.

(example, real estate can be leveraged more, stocks have lower transaction costs) From the biggest to the smallest differences.

Why cant you just let the listing agent represent you in the transaction?
