It's sad, but I am not about to put up with this woman standing in front of my window yelling Mom!

I'm sad for the fate of Phantom, this is horrible.

So many many times that we needed pieces we had a few granite contractors that had bone yards that they were dying to get rid of these beautiful slabs that's were too small to do and entire kitchen and were just sadly sitting there looking for a home.

Sadly, this day and age parents and kids can have some very "non-traditional" dynamics.

It really is sad that a lot of PMC don't conduct business with integrity.

It sounds as though they are inexperienced landlords (I just accepted my first renter today on our family home, my 18 and 20 year old kids are depressed and quiet, my husband has been glued to the T.V. since the renters left and I'm definitely feeling very sad and unsure of my new investing strategy!) 

It was sad.

Therefore they have no further obligations to pay rent for future months if they have indeed vacated the unit by the end of that rental period.It's a sad reality that some units take more time to turnover and the greater the damage, the more time it will take.
