Any suggestions for PM’s?  

All of the suggestions already posted can work to get retail buyers and sellers, but if you're looking for investors they can be less effective.

@Nate Powley  Hi Nate,  I'd suggest the good 'deals' in UT market left the station several years ago, but that would not be helpful. 

The agent suggested the price based upon the sellers wish price.2.

I have found 2 or 3 reviews for this lender a couple claimed to have closed with them.

On a cursory review, it appears that your cost of debt exceeds your capitalization rate, suggesting negative cash flow.

It can be very expensive (in comparison to long-term rentals) and needs to be very organized and responsive as customer reviews drive rental income.

When that time comes, i would suggest getting one lease from all the tenants in there so the whole home is leased to all of them instead of trying to produce multiple leases for the property.
