A resort and campground recently popped for sale that has been a mainstay of our family for years, and was looking for a more sophisticated way to analyze the deal since it’s a restaurant, cabins, a campground, and mini storage - all on a lake chain and ATV/Snowmobile routes.

How is it possible that in the previous inspection back in January, this was missed but it was just a valve shut off and I had to pay for it??

We have rented the house out for as low as $48k a year (COVID shut us down for 3 months) to $72k a year.

Did the college shut down in any way during covid and did the students leave or stay?

If you realize the pipe is burst (usually copper pipes), shut off the water at the street to mitigate any flooding and damage and have a plumber address the issue. 

We cant have the largest economy shut down for this many months, a president on a hell bent mission to raise the price of energy via taxation and outlawing the production of certain vehicles and create a whole BS climate industry built around smoke and mirrors.
