Just remember: most negative reviews are written by problematic tenants.

It's cliche to say at this point but if it helps you to remember, you want to "stay in your own lane."

I remember my broker telling me you must occupy as your primary within X days of closing and stay for one year, but the one year requirement is not absolute (childbirth, adoption, employment, etc).

Also remember that if you are house hacking you will need to have income to get a loan. 

The announcement was made on (if I'm remembering correctly) the 24th of April, but has there been any update regarding the actual process or official terms yet?

@Todd PowellI remember your post from a couple months ago where you indicated you had a plan for retirement in a few and had a certain amount in your 401K (~800K?)

Also remember, this appraisal will stick to the house for 6 months for fha, so any other fha buyers will have this appraisal number. 

Remember it is just a tool, the usefulness of the tool depends on the user.

I dont remember in signing the lease did it say anything like that
