No matter the outcome, I'm glad I looked and feel like it's progress in my investing journey (that hasn't technically begun yet).

then maintenance on said trailers would kill you LOL  not to mention private sewage is always a risk.. not sure how much there in SC with all the sand ( I was in Charleston this week and drove by a few underground projects in progress over in Old Mt Pleasant and it was all sand so easy digging easy perc no doubt ..

@Vivian Pena Also consider neighborhoods that are in the “path of progress” — adjacencies to hot/trendy neighborhoods since the adjacent one is possibly the one that will blossom next.
