Can anyone recommend the best places to learn about tax deed investing in NC, particularly in Union County and Cabarrus County (near the Charlotte area)?

Has anyone here had experience with similar platforms and can share insights on what worked and what didn’t?

It’s just like when they give you a tax beset to buy an EV and then the state charges you higher registration because you aren’t paying your fair share. 

To name a few she damaged her unit and the unit under her and not willing to pay for the damages that she caused (I had both places fixed).

I have .5 acre of land that I purchased and placed a renovated double wide 2176sf 4/3 MH on for sale.

I will have the property under my name and will not be placing it in an LLC since the fees seem too high for a young investor such as myself and I honestly do not have much to my name.

There is definitely a place for Wholesalers.

It's no guarantee but it's a good place to start.
