But you can't use your IRA money as that's not your's that's the custodians custodial account (your only the beneficiary), but you can lend your self-directed IRA money out with a bank account that matches the name of the company etc.Interestingly, this appears to be one of the most bipartisan bills passed.

@Christopher Salazar I always let them know I have a agent that will represent me and will be paid by me but still meet resistance due to me not physically being there. 

I think I'm far from a success story and have a long ways to go, but the one thing I'm happiest about is I got out of a job that literally was killing my spirit and taking a toll on me physically and mentally. 

I was thinking I could have a property manager but I feel like there could be issues that happen where I would need to physically be there to handle.
