Delay financing does not need any waiting period is that right?

In the two year period I will also find and screen tenants and act as property manager (they don't want to be landlords) in return for 10 - 15% of the rents to go into a fund to go towards the next house.I want to create a deal where they have confidence I am going to buy all 3 and I am not over extended.

Can you work something amicable out with them, where they get a longer notice period but then still vacate?  

Since I am not taking out a loan to begin with is there a seasoning period still or can I cash out right after I get a Tennant in place?

Even if you sign it make sure you have an option period to do a 3rd party home inspection that allows you to get out of the contract if needed considering the age of the home and not knowing exactly what the turnkey operator has fixed.

That amount (whether net gain or loss) will implicitly include the delta in the value of the property itself, and the delta in the exchange rate between the two currencies over that period of time. 

Might be as simple as a nurse visit periodically to help with personal care.Lots of options.  

The question is, should we try to move it to a conventional loan once we're able to (seasoning period and such), or keep it with the bank?
