i hate HOA's with a passion. they should not have this much power

It’s filled with people that have a “passion” about REI, but only talk about it.

I don't really have anyone in my life that is a real estate investor (that I know of), so I am trying to start opening up to more people about this new passion, because I realize I will never complete my first deal if the only people I share knowledge with are the voices in my head!

I want to congratulate you for taking action towards your RE goals and being passionate about learning.

Helping others do this is one of my passions and I love hearing success stories!

Worked in corporate America for 15 year's, I am now moving in full time Real estate investment and Management opportunities following my RE passion.

Because the market is out there and if you have a passion and you know others have the same passion...how did you start...did you want someone to tell you so you could ask questions... or go read a book...when you share your knowledge to promote wealth for others...it comes back 10 fold...you should want to encourage others to be successful just as you are...!  

Hi @Erik Scannapieco, You'll find that I've answered in a similar fashion around these forums, but I'm a bit passionate about it as a wholesaler and knowing that many have had negative experiences with wholesalers I'd like to see things get turned around. 

Itś a side gig for me as well and I have passion for it but I dont subscribe to negative cash flow. 

I also have developed a sincere passion about real estate, have been working on my live-in flip, and I am saving for a multi unit.
