House Hack Wilmington and Carolina Beach

I Love this strategy so much and I wanted to emphasize how powerful house hacking is and it's ability to create early financial freedom. My wife and I have been living on Carolina Beach since June of 2019 and have not paid a mortgage payment since then! It's saving us $1200 a month from our old mortgage payment and that house wasn't even on the beach. Not to mention the cashflow, debt pay down, tax benefits, and lifestyle improvements house hacking has created. 

So here is what I want to know: Who is house hacking in my area (Wilmington, Carolina Beach, Topsail, Leland, Oak Island), How has it impacted your life, what opportunities has it opened up to you, and why haven't you told everyone you know about house hacking!!!!!!
