I am researching and considering using an online service to help with rent collection, statements, and other administrative management tasks for my rental property business.

I think the target like always though is the homes that have not seen much love and need major reno work.. to get them up to date.. foreclosure or payment crisis seems to have subsided.although there will always be people in financial stress for one reason or another.

Also if you are buying under an LLC did you have someone prepare it for you or did you set it up online yourself?
