Return is also a function of several factors - cash flow from operations, return of cash from sale, return of cash from refi, etc.By definition, you maximize returns by increasing the spread between the numerator and denominator.

You may want to up your game and introduce some shade features.

I had numerous comments from neighbors and my Realtor about how much they loved the color.

It seems that mysmartmove now also has a rent payment feature now called RentPaymentNow.   

It is on 33 acres and has a lot of features that make it attractive for assisted living including views of the Mississippi river valley, 33 acres of land with walking path, indoor pool, beautiful flower beds and landscaping.
