We've dug the QE hole pretty deep, and very gradually since 2008 I don't foresee us hopping right out of it in time for a 5 year balloon.

We already get a lot of hail and those last few storms have really taken a toll on roofs (my primary was just effected by that tornado).The deal itself might be too late to back out on without a monetary loss, but I have nothing else to add to that part anyways.
