My story -As an active real estate agent on both commercial and residential fronts dealing with retail consumers and investors.

I've had my hand in Real Estate since 1999... although I'm just now actively starting to invest on my own. 

I do have a real estate license that I don't really actively use.My real estate goal is being able to provide  legacy for my family.

A major portion is based on the credit they are using vs their available credit.

All these activities could be done by anyone and none of the activities are things that require an agent.. but some of the better candidates I'm interviewing happen to also be agents.

Problem is that it has this major crack in the living room floor.

We moved out for two 60 day periods into my parents barn (apartment) while we did major work. 

Investing in the Las Vegas market or any market, making connections and networking are major keys.

At least, the majority of them.Good luck!
