That being said, I do know that small hacked multi-families like that are not uncommon in that area.With its layout above the garage, it is technically classified as an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and requires the main home to be occupied by the owner.

I’ll then have 5 working accounts associated with them, total, not each, and then funnel respective forwarding email addresses into them(a different forwarding email for each internet account), but realistically I’ll only have to check 5 inboxes.

@Mindy Jensen Look at the home that is facing that side of the house, it is most likely reflective sunlight from low E or high reflective windows in a building facing the home (or maybe your own home it is hard to see the layout.)

Sometimes it means you have a house with an odd layout, or a neighborhood that potential renters don't favor, or a house that will be more work/money than a renter wants to get into (old drafty windows for heating, huge lawn to mow, etc).
