I've got nothing against Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, but I'd much rather spend my time interacting with the investors, agents, and contractors here than wading through the swamp of cute cat videos, crazed political rants, and celebrity nonsense that makes up the majority of content on those other sites.The trick is to use this incredibly powerful and global network to your greatest advantage!

It caught me at the right time as I have been interacting with a number of investors who have contacted me as a realtor requesting comps for off market deals.

I see a couple of elements that might be in your favor right now:1) Time - you potentially have more time available to dedicate to real estate investing than some other investors.

Most of the people you interact with will get paid for the transaction, so incentivized to guide you towards taking out the max loan.
