There are LOTS of inspirational stories from investors who started out at your age and even younger! 

Wealth creation is 10% Inspiration (Planning/Strategy) and 90% Perspiration (Getting it Done).  

Very motivating -I always keep things like that (along with my goals) to inspire me to keep moving forward.

Well I recently read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" which has inspired me to live life with not only one source of income.

In fact, it may even be helpful to set lofty goals if you're the kind who is inspired by them and not intimidated.Actually, the math can be quite simple...$200/mo positive cash flow per unit after everything.5 units = $1,000 /mo50 units = $10,000/mo ($120K / yr, exceeds your goal)Think of it in terms of 5-unit increments - 10 total - or 10 unit increments - 5 total.My thing is "invest for income".

Totally...I'm already feeling the love and definitely even more inspired to connect with more of the great people here.

Although a lot of people will recommend "inspirational books" like 'Rich dad poor dad', "Think and grow rich" and these self-help/motivational books, I have a slightly different approach.
