Put up signs to let them know cameras are in the area and let each tenant know that you put up cameras for extra security and that they are only in common areas.

Then all of a sudden, a woman who had been seeing me try to help others on here, told me she wanted to sell a property to me and only me (she did not want to market it or let her neighbors know). 

No one can answer that because there are no details, and we have no idea if you really know what an appreciating market is.

I know the typical drawbacks of not being able to exchange any further once my DST(s) are brought into the REIT but I am fine with that and have no more desire to actively invest in real estate.

Hey Jephte,Most DSCR lenders are going to have significantly less seasoning requirements, usually around 6 months, and honestly, you might be surprised at how competitive the rates would be.I know of a program that can refinance at 90 days seasoning with rates in the 6s right now, just sent a DM and would love to see if we can help.Good luck!

Full disclosure I’ve only recently acquired a few properties so I don’t have years of experience I just know that when I was making my decisions on where to invest I did use that site, but not exclusively. 

And I know them well.
