Honestly, "the crash" is going to come when we all least expect it, kinda like the pandemic 🦠.Graphs are great predictors but remember the classic disclaimer in investments: "past performance is not indicative of future results"Best we can do as RE Investors is to buy assets with the lowest leverage possible, and the best we should do as human beings is to live our best lives knowing anything is possible, literally and figuratively anything! 

Human beings are resourceful creatures.

I always take potential clients out to lunch and just get to know them on a human level.

Look if they makes mistakes – let's not forget they are human.

Human nature seeks out normalcy and normalcy is vacationing with loved ones.

Now there's a guy who seemingly knows everything a human being should be allowed to know about REI, and yet - he is willing to pay for education that he deems relevant!

Just because they are on section 8 doesn't mean they are less human or would be more willing to accept harassment (how about quarterly or during maintenance calls?).

I call it the "Human Cat" factor.
