I would rather have my wealth stored in in hard real estate assets.

The ‘packages’ would include links to products online that you could simply click and add to your shopping cart, saving you tons of time and money from going out and finding each of the physical items in store yourself.

It was located in a very rural farm town, at least 30-40 minutes to a home improvement store.

Not walk-in friendly, near the main Hwy. with all the stores and busline etc.

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books for this or you can learn by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.
