The "one person can make a difference" is similar to the concept that voting makes a difference - if you are not in a swing state, your vote is meaningless.

As for the time I've never measured it, however if I get the desired level of profits it'll be a moot point, especially since I won't be swinging hammers or paint brushes.

Agreed with Rich...The one exception being when I used to play poker very seriously (and had some significant reported winnings)...I'd pay taxes on those at the time of the winnings, as the swings could be large and there was no guarantee that the funds would be liquid on April 15.

Of course, if all 230 properties properly cash flow, I'm sure quite a few can be paid off each month with enough cash left over for a round or two of golf at the country club while the office staff handles the day to day affairs.Just so you know, a friend of a friend (but this is a true story) owns over 5,000.
