I guess my natural follow-up is how you know what the market price is.

I'd recommend you get a PM or attorney to handle this for you, no offense but you seem to be way to lax to follow through with it.

It should be as easy as emailing the new property address to your agent and say "I'm closing Tuesday", with 2-3 follow up questions from the agent. 

Bottom line: your freedom is at risk so get good legal counsel and follow their advice.
