So my hometown is a very small up and coming neighborhood with houses that range from 250k -450k.

And then pick a couple of neighborhoods  maybe a 2 mile be 2 mile block, walk/drive them and get to know what the prices are. 

I would expect a wide range as each property in any neighborhood has a different price and rent on it.

you are better off pay it off ASAP so you have more cash flow.Is this a class C or below urban neighborhood.
