If for instance what they are proposing for changes really affects your property in a negative way you might have to legally take them to court and fight it or get a concession for changing entrance access to a more optimal location with the changes in place.No legal advice given.

You might also want to have the seller place their title in escrow, so you'll have some leverage if you do end up in a fight with the heirs.I'm sure you'll get plenty of useful ideas here on BiggerPockets.

I think money is a means to and ends, not an ends, and a big part of what we're doing is affording ourselves the time and capabilities over time to be entrepreneurial, invest in other opportunities, and hopefully be the role models for our kids and those around us that we feel we should be.That means getting after it and being prepared to capture opportunities as they present themselves, not just including real estate.
