Even if they have a full time job they may be willing/interested in going the extra mile if you offer a fee for each mobile home they find/fix/get ready/rent, etc.  

I'm not trying to bash them, I'm sure they have tons of knowledge and resources, but I'd have to agree that, if you're willing to take action, you can get all those answers here in BP.

Do you have the time and skills to source the property, perform a successful rehab, and get a good tenant in place, or is that time and knowledge better just bought in the property package?

Most folks I talk to migrate away from even doing turnkeys due to the extra hassles and distance of managing your own properties even if you have property management.

You can come in with extra funds from any source.  

I don't mind the extra work, but it can be a pain at times.

Equally having experience over there and the extra capital will always be beneficial.Secondly I'm in the UK and have been involved in property investing for almost 15 years.

Having knowledgeable people helping you will vastly increase your chances of success.
