I’m brand new to the real estate investing world and I’m excited to be here.

We're excited! 

This is my 3rd property so I am excited to continue expansion.

We had an 8:30AM zip line adventure (in the rain) with a 7 and 8 year old; so, we ramped up the excitement again the following morning.  

Here in Northern Florida what we've seen is that earlier this year a lot of owner-occupiers snatched up properties at bid-up prices, got all excited to be going into their dream home, and then the bank sent the appraisers out and the appraisals came back at significantly less than the price the house got bid up to, and they didn't have the cash to make up the difference. 

How does the security of the solution play into running an incorporated enterprise and does that even matter when trademarking?

Is your company incorporated? 

Many people get excited when they buy a new tv, or a new car, furniture etc, I get depressed, it's more like getting teeth drilled than anything else.

I learned the excitement and stumbles involved with buying real estate.
