Only way to do so is increase rate/fees for the economic risk (also, not many are lending now, so the loan product needs to be priced appropriately) also to implement new requirements around liquid reserves and lower the LTV by 5-15%. 

You need to learn the market and the business and become and expert.

Do the economics work in reality?

I am earning my degree in Economics and Philosophy.

I don't think you'll find a market with better macro economics that also has the upside potential that we have.The fourplex market has been particularly competitive in the last couple years, and that has dropped off a little bit, but deals are still selling fast.

It seems to me, there is much uncertainty about how bad his will actually be, and if you look away from the talking heads and into real economics (not hopes and promises) this is going to be insane.

I am looking for advice from experts and those with experience investing virtually (wholesale, tax lien, foreclosure investing..etc) Anything helps!
