Hey everyone,I am looking for opinions on the best strategy for my future plans.I currently have around $100k in my home equity and $20k in personal savings.

I’ve seen a few people I’ve interacted with start out with this strategy, however in the forums I’ve been mostly hearing all things wrong versus here is how you can do it and be successful.

Whats your buy box and strategy?

We are a seasonal market and I make most of my money on my STR in the spring/summer/fall but it's not totally dead in the winter so if you weren't getting any bookings or occupancy fell below 50% you need to work to optimize your off season booking strategy.5) It sucks but if you can't meet the minimum payments and/or your credit doesn't start to recover then you may want to seriously consider selling the property to get everything paid off. 

I really appreciate the share.Buying that volume of Chicago tax liens has to be a good long-term play...I'd love to understand their strategy and thought process.For those who didn't want to do the math that is $4,000 per tax lien which just seems ridiculous lol

Give me your thoughts on this as a general strategy.

@Dakota Dalsing, it sounds like you need to narrow your thinking and find a strategy that works for YOU.

also you should know that san diego is #1 most appreciated city in US for 2023, so all strategy that work in san diego is appreciation , in appreciation town SF is the name of the game , dont focus outside of your market, invest locally, the hidden gem is at your own backyard.
