You can use keywords just like fixer, TCL, handyman, as-is, no repairs, cash only, investor only, etc in the descriptions and private remarks.You might also be able to set up cash only sales, foreclosures, probates, 180+ days on market, $/sqft parameters, tenant occupied, things like that.My guess are all separate searches.
