Ken McElroy Advice to a 24-year Old

🚀 Last week I met a real estate Giant.

🌟 Ken McElroy has been my mentor for half a decade without even knowing it.

📖 His book "The ABCs of Real Estate Investing" is proudly displayed in the living room of my Condo Househack, welcoming guests to join the same real estate journey.

💬 When I asked him, "If you were to go back in time and speak to your 24 year old self on how to succeed in real estate, what advice would you give him?"

Ken responded with this.

"Make yourself VALUEABLE. Make yourself Valueable to Valueable people."

"Find a mentor, and work for them for free."

🤔 This reminds me of a piece of advice from another a real estate Giant.

"Work to Learn, don't work for money."

We all have something to learn, and there is always someone to learn from.

🔎 Find that mentor, find out what they need help with, and do it for them for free.

🟢 Make yourself Valuable to Valuable people, and you will reach success much faster than trying to figure everything out on your own!
