Our best option turned out to be stacksource.com - we worked with Jaideep and he sent out one of our projects (28-unit acquisition) to about 100 lenders - we got 10-12 good responses and decided to go with Arkansas Federal Credit Union (btw, StackSource charges 1% fee paid through escrow when the loan closes - but the entire process saved us tons of brain damage from talking to hundreds of lenders).

It doesn't have an interface yet.This forum can be very useful when something like AI/ML and feedback/trust of poster rating is used , for example I use Jay answer for due diligence , for 1031 I use the answer from Mike, etc etc.I have the same question long time ago as well and these days I put it in my brain , for particular context, I will trust A, in different context I would follow B advice.using tag or keyword is good but that approach is so 2005 LOL
