Obviously having a 60+ unit portfolio affords me the opportunity to have a revenue (fractional) - so if you only have a couple of properties in 1 or only a few markets you should be able to base off of your competition and booking trends.

If I was evaluating that property, a couple of things would stand out: I agree the 5" slab probably isn't sufficient given the potential for freezing and movement under the slab.

The price for these 4200 SF buildings are very low about $135,000 per unit leased at $1350 a month and they have high end custom finishes and private patios, covered parking for 2 vehicles and usually all individual meters.
