I want to be in a long term hold pattern and I prefer stronger urban areas with lots of jobs to hedge against a correction.

Keep an eye on that 5 year balloon also, you don’t want to time that wrong with the next market correction. ;-) Cheers!

Hopefully it won’t be too long.As far as your idea goes, if I’m understanding it correctly, you have located an RV community that essentially sells RV lots instead of renting them.

Apparently she went to stay with a friend after they broke up but came back and said she was on the lease and he couldnt kick her out (technically correct from my position).  

If my understanding is correct the banks will further break them down into smaller pools and continue to sell them off to other smaller banks and brokerages where they would be available (as pools or one-offs) to individual or small team investors.

I've been told I probably need 20 to 25% equity to accomplish this.Does anyone know if this is correct?
