We have very similar criteria here in the beach areas during the summer, and around retail centers during holidays.

If you doubt this ask yourself why all testing centers do everything but strip search you before they let you into the exam room.

We are developers and currently developing some prime property with 27 town homes, our property boarders a major park, university and large government agency that's growing and 2.5 min from major shopping centers. 

My currently house goal is centered around the partial  renovation of a 1926 house. 

They also charge $65/every 6 months as a maintenance up charge (profit center for them).

If you’re going to new York you know you’ll be in the city and don’t wanna be far for the center.

Those are 2 suggestions but they both are centered around local networking.  

Clark county and Vancouver is a great area to implement as it rides off the employment centers in portland and the no sales tax on that side of the
