Or should we just bite the bullet and buy new?

I have a good list but curious if anyone else has been in a situation like this and looking for a few quick bullet points on arguments why STRs are a good thing for a community.

All of this would be in writing.If they're willing to pay your price and put money/time/energy into fixing the place up, that's an indication you may be below market price.

Budhoo and his fellow immigrants helped turn the city around by pouring their own money, time, and energy into a run-down housing market and now provide housing for at-risk renters that you and I wouldn't touch.

I hope this pays out for all of my time and energy and helps me to expand.Anyway, when I registered the business in NV with Inc Authority, they set this up as 5 managers managed LLC and I made an amendment later to make me as manger and also added all 5 members as members(including me). 

However, once you finish repositioning the park, you'll end up with the most stable cash flow in real estate, that doesn't take near as much energy to maintain. 

Even if you want to do business nationally, there's other ways to do that without having to invest so much money/time/energy.
