Morning Everyone, I am a new member to the Bigger Pockets webpage and currently operating out of Arizona.

I find better returns renting in blue collar neighborhoods in Tally.I think Biggerpockets is a great resource and everyone on here is very helpful and open.

As an experienced wholesaler, it is very easy to use your resources to start doing fix and flip projects.

An investor is someone who has the funds, capacity and other resources and can acquire a property and keep for a year or more, with the intent of receiving certain benefits in due course.
